The Committee Reviews will review eligible applications and ranks each application based on a criterion ranking system:

1. The person requesting an HP Slate 2 Tablet PC has a medical diagnosis of ASD.
2. The annual income and number of persons in the household limits the family from purchasing an HP Slate 2 Tablet PC
3. The application is complete and written in a way that is clear and easily understood.
4. The person’s ability to communicate with family and others will improve because of this technology.
5. The Person will use the HP Slate2 for multiple purposes; communication, educational and leisure time.
6. The person or family is committed to learn how to best use this technology to add to the overall development of individual with ASD.
